Fable Naturals (And A Promo Code!)

A few months ago, I visited West Elm Market on South Granville. They have these pop-up markets within the store on weekends occasionally. Fable Naturals, a local skin care company had a booth that Saturday. I instantly fell in love with their great packaging including eye-popping illustrations. The scents were fresh and soothing and it is an all-natural line. I went home with the Rosehip + Olive Nourishing Facial Oil and Green Tea + Clay Rejuvenating Mask.

Fable Naturals is a Vancouver based company started by Gwen and Chris. Their ingredients are all fair trade certified and natural. Their cocoa butter is from Peru, the lavender oil is made in Bulgaria and they also use ingredients from Canada.

After two months of using that facial oil every night, I noticed a big change in my complexion. My skin was soft, clearer and I had a glow. It goes a long way, I haven’t even finished my bottle yet, and isn’t sticky. Simply apply a couple drops to your face and neck after cleansing and toning, and press it into your skin. The rosehip oil is packed with healthy fats, vitamin C, and antioxidants all that help reduce UV skin damage and wrinkles. Who wouldn’t be interested in that, especially after our fantastic summer?

The mask is nice and smells heavenly. It detoxifies and leaves your skin refreshed after 15 minutes. I also like that it’s a powder and you make a paste with some water.

Their other popular product is the vegan lip balm that comes in three yummy scents: Fresh Mint, Lemon-Coconut and Vanilla-Orange. The lip balms are in biodegradable cardboard tubes and are really cute and easy to use!
