Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Delicious no-bake energy bites that are the perfect healthy snack!

dry oatmeal - I used quick oats

toasted coconut flakes

cup
peanut butter
smooth or chunky

cup
ground flax seeds

cup
chocolate chips or cacao nibs
optional

cup
honey or agave syrup - I used toasted coconut agave syrup for that extra flavour

chia seeds

tsp
vanilla extract

Stir all the ingredients in a medium to large bowl until completely mixed.

Cover and let chill in the fridge for about thirty minutes.

Remove from fridge and roll into balls of whatever size you prefer.

Store in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to one week.

Makes about 20-30 balls depending on size.
