Easy Chocolate Bark with TURTLES

  • 1 Box of TURTLES I used the assorted box of Originals, Salted Caramel + Dark Chocolate, chopped into small pieces.
  • 2 cups Milk or Dark Chocolate chopped
  • 1 cup pecans chopped or any other preferred nut
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chopped

  1. Line a 9x12 inch baking tray with parchment.
  2. In a bowl set over a saucepan of gently simmering water, heat the chopped chocolate, stirring occasionally, until it is melted; do not let the bowl touch the water.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment lined tray and spread into an even layer.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped TURTLES and chopped pecans (or other nuts) over the chocolate.
  5. Let set in the fridge for 30 min or so until set.
  6. Melt the white chocolate (as in step 2), remove the tray from the fridge, and drizzle the melted white chocolate over the bark.
  7. Pop back into the fridge for 30 min or so until set.
  8. Break the bark into bite-size pieces, wrap up or enjoy right away!

Recipe Notes

** The broken bark can be stored in an airtight bag or container at cool room temperature for up to 10 days.
