Rinse the tomatoes and pat them dry.
Drain the bocconcini, rinse and pat them dry.
Thread a skewer in no particular order, tomato, bocconcini, basil leaf. Repeat till you fill all the skewers.
Arrange the skewers on a serving platter in the shape of a wreath.
Serve up with the glaze, and grind fresh black pepper and salt on top.
