Cucumber

Cucumber for garnish

Mint for garnish

Fill two tall glasses with ice.

Divide the diced cucumber in glasses.

Mix all ingredients except cider in shaker with egg white and ice.

Pour into each glass.

Top each glass with cider and garnish with any remaining cucumber and mint.
