Ingredients

  • 4 scoops coconut gelato
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 lb pineapple fresh or frozen
  • A splash of rum is optional Adults only

Instructions

  1. Place the pineapple in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain.
  3. Divide this mixture between four glasses.
  4. Place a scoop of coconut gelato in each glass.
  5. Pour over the pineapple juice.
  6. Option to garnish with a slice of pineapple.
  7. Enjoy!
