Preheat oven to 350F.

Place a baking tray in oven to heat.

Grease a bundt tin with butter. Don't be shy.

Mix the butter and sugar together in a large bowl. I used a wooden spoon, till it's light and fluffy.

Mix baking soda with flour.

Add the eggs, whisking one at a time with a tablespoon of flour. Carefully fold in the remaining flour using a metal spoon.

Then fold in the yogurt and vanilla extract until combined.

Pour mixture into the tin and spread until level.

Place the tin on the preheated baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes. Check with a toothpick. If it's clean, the cake is done.

Remove and place onto a wire rack still in the tin. Cool for 15 minutes.

Gentle pull away from the edges and then turn it out onto the wire rack. Leave to cool completely.

Once it is cool, you can use a small sieve and sprinkle the powdered sugar over the top.
