2-Ingredient Nutella Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup nutella or other chocolate hazelnut spread
  • Dollop of whipped cream
  • Garnishes: crushed hazelnuts ferrero rocher or hazelnut wafers

Instructions

  1. Add the nutella to the bowl of a standing mixer or a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whip using the whisk attachment for about 1 minute.
  3. Add in the heavy cream and mix with the whisk attachment on medium high speed for 1 minute.
  4. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl and mix for another 1-2 minutes or until soft peaks form.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream, hazelnuts, or ferrero rocher if desired.

Recipe Notes

Just double the amount for every two servings.
