Friday Roundup: May 11

Happy Friday! So excited for this weekend and getting psyched up for the summer weather writing this week’s Friday Roundup.

On Tuesday, I was part of a field trip to the Fraser Valley, my old hood. It was such a fun day! It was to celebrate Angie Quaale’s new book and we did a few stops on the Circle Farm Tour and other great venues.

We discovered Milner Valley Cheese, a goat cheese farm (literally minutes away from my old house), Fraser Valley Cidery, Maan Farms and Mt. Lehman Winery. There was food, drinks and amazing weather! I’ll be sharing a vlog soon too on my Youtube, so stay tuned for that!

I did go to one other event, a preview of Anita, a lingerie brand I wasn’t aware of. I even got a bra fitting! Excited to get my new bra in the mail, it fit like a glove on my breasts. But I do love that they  have a range for every aspect of a women’s life. From regular everday, athletic wear, maternity and post-partum, masectomy bras, swimwear and beachwear. They really think of everything and so much techonolgy behind their products.

Last weekend we celebrated my birthday! Went out for dinner, drinks and saw a comedy show at Comedy Mix with friends and family. It was a fun evening 🙂 Sunday was a casual day, ran errands, walked around the city and grabbed bellinis on the patio.

Monday was my actual birthday, I turn 33 this year! Where did the time go? It was a low-key day, I spent it at home working and then we had my family including grandparents over for cake.

How was your week? The weather was amazing in Vancouver! I wore shorts alll week long haha.
