Friday Roundup

friday roundup

friday roundupIt’s my birthday weekend, I’m turning 31 tomorrow. Yikes where did the last year go?! So far I have brunch and shopping plans with my mom, sister and brother’s girlfriend. Then maybe out for dinner and drinks with friends, just have to find a place still to fit us in. I’m so disorganized this year and this last week flew by fast!

It has been a hectic week for me, Curtis hasn’t had a good week, found out some bad news today about his grandpa and I cannot wait to have a drink tonight on a patio. It’s sunny, gorgeous and warm here in Vancouver!

I also want to take Piper to the beach, Mother’s Day is on Sunday and well just relax. I’m also going to try to get my driver’s license renewed this afternoon, so much fun! Haha it will be a horrible picture, I just know it. But then I go oh well, I’ll have to get it retaken next year when I change my name after our wedding. Same with my passport, so I can plan accordingly then.

What are your plans this weekend? Anyone have weddings to start going to? I know the season just started and we don’t have anyone we know getting married this year.

Happy Birthday! My big sisters wedding is next month and I am beyond excited! It’s been hectic helping her plan her special day (being the maid of honor), so I’m glad to see it all come together and see her happy.
