Friday Roundup

ciros2

Hi everyone,

ciros2

I am looking forward to this weekend. I’m going for dinner with friends; we are going to Boulevard for Dine Out. I’m salivating just thinking of it. The rest of our weekend consists of errands, homework, checking out the new Earnest Ice Cream spot and plain old sleeping in. Boy do I need that more than anything! I haven’t been feeling well all week and really hope to take away my cold’s dreams and hopes of sticking around for more than it has been.

Links I loved this week:
1. How to style any desk/table (Avery Street Design)
2. You will never love your job as much as this supermarket mascot (Buzzfeed)
3. 4500 year old tomb discovered (Art Net)
4. A desert utopia still exists in Arizona (Curbed)
5. Where to stream Oscar nominated documentaries (Vulture)
6. Archived photos of Vancouver traffic (Miss 604)
7. When a lake freezes over (Core77)
8. Bleh, does someone come and disinfect these? (Huffington Post)
9. Photos of NYC at night
10. Animated GIFs of vintage black and white photos with colour (My Modern Met)
11. Chcoolatexture (Colossal)
12. Tackling the most embarrassing issues on planes (BBC)
13. Could you go 40 days without being mean? (NY Mag)
14. Why the Oscars never cared too much for Wes Anderson (Slate)
15. Canadian passport under black lights (National Post)
16. High rise building in Alaska has a whole town inside it (Wimp)

Enjoy your weekend!
