What's Cookin' – Tacos
Hi everyone,
When I think of warmer weather, I include fish tacos in that image. I could eat those everyday, along with many other variations including pork, beef, chicken or vegetables. Just something about the filling in the soft tortillas that wins me over. The crunchy slaw, fresh citrus, spices and sauce is a winning combination. I’m sharing a few of my favourite recipes I’ve bookmarked recently.
