The Jungle Bird Cocktail

I love this tiki-inspired cocktail, well honestly, I love any cocktail that involves rum and pineapple juice. Just brings me back to sunny destination vacations, sipping this poolside!

 The interplay of the Campari with the sweet and sour elements make this a very drinkable cocktail…. maybe too drinkable?

How to Make The Jungle Bird Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Campari
1 oz Aperol
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Ice
Mint for Garnish
Orange Wedge for Garnish

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake and pour ingredients into an ice-filled glass. Crushed iced is preferred.
3. Garnish with mint and orange wedge.
4. Enjoy!

You could also add a half oz of lime juice for a little tartness and garnish with pineapple too!
