Weekend Recap

Happy Monday!

This weekend started with Curtis and I sitting on the patio at Hapa Izakaya Kitsilano Friday night. Perfect evening to do so, it was a warm night to enjoy drinks, and good people watching. My sister joined us and we shared various plates all together, all delicious. I recommend the Popcorn Pork! Saturday night, we tried out The Oakwood across the street, mostly for convenience and wanted to see if it improved since the switch in chefs to Ryan Murphy. We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our meal.

The rest of my weekend was a write-off. Had a emergency occur and volunteered the whole time. What can you do.

Good news, our new mattress was delivered Saturday and it’s amazing!

Today, I am thinking about this place and wishing I was there again
