Friday Roundup: September 18

Friday Roundup September 18

OK, where did August and September go???? It just went by like a snap! I felt I just wrote my last Friday Roundup and here we are a month and a bit later.

It’s almost fall, summer has winded down, and to be honest, I’m not ready! I really love the hot weather, time spent at the beach, cocktails on a patio, and Rowan in all her cute summer outfits. Her sandals are only just starting to fit her.

We ate a lot, we walked around Stanley Park, spent time at the beach, saw friends at a socially distanced setting, my brother got married and then moved to NYC, we visited Victoria for a weekend, picnicked, tie-dyed at home, and so much more! PHEW, August was jammed packed!

This month was also busy so far, work has picked up for me (YAY), Curtis is also swamped at work and the weather was hot, we had smokey skies from forest fires all along the Western United States, and I CANNOT BELIEVE we are days away from fall!

What have you been up to? Our next week is mostly errands, maybe a tie-dye session, I have one media event, a facial (SO EXCITED), and I have an urge to bake something since it’s supposed to rain this weekend! Cookies anyone? Find out what I bake on my Instagram stories, I’ll definitely share there.

You are right, why does summer always feel like it’s way too short! Let’s hope next summer life gets back to normal and we can do more 😊
