Current Makeup Products I'm Loving | March 2019
It’s time for another month of my current makeup favorites! I try what feels like a million new things every month but here are eight products I am absolutely LOVING this month.

I’m such a beauty junkie and makeup doesn’t take a backseat to my skincare obsession, it’s probably sharing the same level of love. So I try to checkout and test new launches, cult favorites or explore the drugstore and see what’s new to me. I want to bring you more beauty content and share what I do love out of everything I try. I think I might bring an empty series on here or my Instagram stories. Stay tuned for that!

My Current Makeup Products I’m Loving

Estee Lauder Double Wear Nude Water Fresh Makeup Foundation

Estee Lauder Double Wear Nude Water Fresh Makeup Foundation
This is nothing new, but more of a staple in my everyday makeup routine. If I’m doing more than running errands and looking for a long wearing foundation this is it. I’ve been using it for years, and will continue to do so. Literally can apply it and it won’t budge for the whole day… which is a plus if you’re running round to event after event or have a wedding to attend! It also has SPF 30, which I wish more foundations had included.

Nude By Nature Perfecting Concealer

Nude By Nature Perfecting Concealer
I was sent a box of this brand’s products, which are sold in Shoppers Drug Marts in Canada (if anywhere else leave a comment below!). They are an Australian natural makeup brand and I am in LOVE.

This concealer applies so easily and is hydrating. I hate anything that crusts or feels drying under my eyes or on zits. The reason it’s so hydrating is because it’s enriched with Australian native Kakadu Plum, Vitamin E, Jojoba and Shea Butter!

Nude by Nature Creamy Matte Lipstick

This is a lovely nude lipstick in Blush Nude, applies nicely, beautiful packaging and natural. It’s a matte, but it’s not a drying, which is what I hate about matte lipsticks. This one won me over. It’s formulated with active natural ingredients including Vitamin E and the native Australian Kakadu Plum to help provide antioxidant defence.

Marc Jacobs Beauty Velvet Primer

Marc Jacobs Beauty Velvet Primer
This is a brand spankin new product, just being released in the past month. And yes, it’s expensive and not a necessity but I’m really enjoying it. It’s essentially an ultra-plush lash primer with a conditioning base that combined with your mascara gives you a false-lash look.

I’m not one with mega long lashes, so this really adds that oomph to them before applying my mascara. It’s more of a luxury product that you splurge on. It applies so nicely to the lashes with the shape of the spoolie. The primer dries quite quickly as well. The most amazing thing about it is the moment you apply your mascara, your lashes are so long, thick and gorgeous!

IT Cosmetics – Your Skin But Better CC+ Cream with SPF 50+

IT Cosmetics - Your Skin But Better CC+ Cream with SPF 50+
You may have seen myself mention this in my Current Favourites video on my YouTube channel. And it’s still a favorite of mine, using it as an everyday application that is more than just my Glossier Skin Tint or my Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer. But it’s not full-face as my Estee Lauder Foundation as above.

And the best part, SPF is included! Also really great for travel, which I have brought with me the last few trips.

Charlotte Tilbury Brightening Youth Glow Primer

Charlotte Tilbury Brightening Youth Glow Primer
I first used this in Palm Springs in January for an extra glow under my makeup or on top of my sunscreen. It applies nicely, and does give that little sparkle to your skin. It gives you a glow, opposite of those greasy or glittery primers. And it applies smoothly and doesn’t leave a sticky residue! It is the worst when a primer leaves that tacky feeling on your skin. Am I right?

Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Eye Palette

Charlotte Tilbury Bigger Than Eyes Palette
A great travel palette for those glam looks, or in my case as well, when I go to an event or date night. I love Charlotte Tilbury products and this one doesn’t disappoint. I also hate traveling with too make makeup products and if I can bring a couple of small palettes or just one, then this would be my choice.

You might also like to hear that it’s formulated without sulphates. I do want to say yes, it’s an expensive palette for four shades, but I do like the convience of it for travel or to throw in your purse. The pigments are perfect. Sometimes, my shadow gets lost during the day, and this stays vibrant and full all day. I love that the brand has a video showing how to apply the eye shadow.

Laura Mercier Face Illuminator Powder

Laura Mercier Face Illuminator Powder
Ok, so this palette is a holiday edition, where they placed three popular shades from this range into one palette. So I’m going to give you my opinion on the face illuminators not the palette necessarily. I would recommend buying one of these from this brand, they’re absolutely lovely.

This goes great with everything and it’s awesome for everyday wear. Goes on really well if you apply it with a damp beautyblender. I can’t get enough of it!

What makeup products are you loving at the moment? Any new launches I should consider trying out?
