Happy Friday! It’s been a couple of weeks since the last Friday Roundup in here so we’ll have a bit of a catchup today. Also can we talk about how it’s already April in 3 days!?

I’ve been busy with client projects for Taurus Media. Which I really enjoy, back to my design roots and always love creating social content for my clients.

IKEA Canada hosted a sleepover and I was able to go with Vicki! It was so fun to sleep over in the store for a night and play games.

There have been a few events too. Yesterday I went to two. One was for Uniqlo and I even got to go home with a couple pairs of jeans! You’ll see them on Instagram at some point. They have a pretty decent denim section.

The other event was a preview for Stila, Korres, St Tropez, Clean and Ardell. I always love this one! There are always great product launches or seasonal exclusives.

Last week, Curtis and I checked out a new speakeasy in Vancouver, Key Party. Very 70s, great cocktails and I love the ambiance. Same people behind The Rumpus Room. Definitely try a layered shot, and if they have it on the menu still the Apricot Sour.

There were also a couple of beauty events for Monat Hair. Never heard of this brand before the invite. It’s a MLM, but decent products, the dry shampoo smells heavenly!

I’ve been going to the gym and yoga 6 days a week. With a Lagree class thrown in here and now (thank you ClassPass lol). And we just started the Keto diet. Hope it jump starts my metabolism a bit more, having a stagnant moment with my weight loss.

There was also a Bioderma event, a cocktail event at D/6 Lounge and my mom and I visited the Vancouver Art Gallery to check out their latest exhibits. The French Masters exhibit is here until May 20, be sure to stop by.

We checked out the Vancouver Auto Show on Sunday too, lots of cute vintage cars and new launches.

Next week is pretty chill, no events for me. Which means I have time to film some YouTube videos and get some other work done. This weekend is a busy one with shooting content for a couple of campaigns, spring cleaning, pitching brands and enjoying the sunshine outside before it goes away for a bit.

What does your week look like?
