Well, hello there! It’s been a hot minute since I’ve last posted a Friday Roundup! Least to say, I’ve been a busy gal!

Client work, holiday campaigns, events and family time has occupied my time this month! We’re now only a month away from Christmas! Where did fall go??? Today is Black Friday and I haven’t shopped for myself or anyone. Soooooo ya I’ll be Christmas shopping in December which is fine but I hate going to the mall or stores when it’s busy.

I’ve been attending a few holiday events, a day trip to Potter’s Nursery and their Christmas store. Then a preview of H2 Restaurant’s winter menu (DELISH).

Also the Vancouver Christmas Market opened again this week! It’s a German market at Jack Poole Plaza downtown, loaded with food stalls and fun little Christmas stalls and a carousel. Oh and mulled wine!! Definitely need that mulled wine at night.

New to Vancouver this year is the Aurora Winter Festival! It’s outdoors with a cool Santa in an igloo, tube slides, ferris wheel, interactive light walk and a mini ice rink (in a river form) plus much more! So great for families! It’s opened now till December 30 from 4-10PM.

There’s been a few beauty, food and style events, for Stila Canada, Anita Lingerie, Nespresso, Arizona Tourism, the Patron Perfectionists Tequila Contest at the D/6 Lounge and Veriphy Skincare. It’s been fun! There was also a Netflix pop-up for the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and I went to a workout sesh at the In Goop Health conference in Vancouver. Oh and did a Club Row workout! I know there are a few other things I did, but if you follow me on Instagram, you would have seen them in my stories.

AND Curtis and I went back to Eagle Acre’s Dairy Farm (the pumpkin patch from October) and did one of their dairy farm tours. We had a great time! The kids were super cute asking questions, we got to milk a cow and see all the other cows and calfs and other farm animals. Really good idea for families to go and do and learn where their food comes from. Very informative and interesting!

Besides events, I caught up with friends, visited my grandparents, my brother celebrated his birthday, set up Christmas in our home (yes, this year it was early don’t judge!) and booked a trip to Palm Springs in January! Oh and we celebrated Halloween by ordering in pizza and watching Netflix’s The Haunting of Hill House series. That was pretty good!

This weekend we are off to Harrison Hot Springs with Ford Canada. Checking out their Winter Light Festival and driving the 2018 Ford Explorer. And we are staying at Rowena’s Inn again!

What are you doing this weekend?
