Happy Friday! Today is a special day for Curtis and I…. it’s our 1st wedding anniversary! Woohoo! I honestly cannot believe a year passed by so quick! It was such a fun week 🙂

You can see our wedding Pt. 1, Pt. 2, Pt. 3 and Pt. 4 here. Brings back so many memories, the weather was fantastic, the food, dancing, people and everything I hoped for came true. Spent the morning looking at wedding photos haha and wishing I was down in Palm Springs.

We plan on going for dinner tonight. Low key celebration, but we do plan on going for a long weekend maybe later in May. Would be nice to getaway together, haven’t had a vacation since October.

This weekend will also be a bittersweet one for us. We are putting Piper down tomorrow afternoon. Sadly after 19 years, he is now ready to move on. He hasn’t been doing too well this past two weeks and it’s come time for him to leave us with some dignity. I can only be happy that he has 19 amazing years, and 16 years with us since I rescued him when he was 3. Years full of car rides, trips, snuggles, walks on the beach and so many more fun memories. Even a few ferryrides!

Sooo back to not so depressing updates… this week I had one event, a Spring/Summer preview of Stila, Korres, Clean, Ardell Lashes and St. Tropez. Went home with so many goodies to try out and it was nice getting downtown on a sunny, spring day.

I also finished Wild, Wild Country on Netflix, so good! Have you seen it?

I was also invited to check out BC’s first Nespresso boutique at Metrotown. I was picked up by a driver (!!), spent a morning drinking coffee, eating breakfast bites and learning all about all their machines and sustainability. Annnnd they are sending a new machine to our home. I’m so excited!

Last weekend we also hung around the neighbourhood, I went shopping with my mom and hung out with my friend Vicki. We consumed waffles, delicious, delicious waffles haha.
